Product Submission for Shopify

For each product you submit you must fill out one form. If your product has identical reproductions, you may indicate so in the "number of products" section. However, if your product is not identical you must submit a different form.

  • Please provide us the email that is best to contact you at. This is for our records only and will not appear on our Shopify page.
  • There is a maximum of 10 of identical products.
    Please enter a number from 1 to 10.
  • Acceptable file formats are jpg, jpeg, gif and png.
    Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, Max. file size: 64 MB.
  • Describe your product. Include the medium, how it is made and measurements. Consider that your description may be viewed by someone deciding whether to buy your product online from a photograph.
